We make our pasta by hand so that it is:
We sow in an evolutionary mixture to promote biodiversity.
We only use the semolina obtained from our stone-milled grains to keep the powerful antioxidant wheat germ alive
We bronze draw it and dry it slowly at a low temperature
INGREDIENTS: ORGANIC durum WHEAT SEMOLA, mineral water.
Contains only highly digestible, non-genetically modified GLUTEN
