Our Origins

This project is rooted in friendship among people, passion for real and simple things, daily commitment and curiosity about knowledge.

Among the founding members a Sicilian medical doctor with forty years of professional experience including the nutrition field.

With typical Sicilian stubbornness, he believed firmly in this grain not only for the wonderful taste, but most importantly, for the nutritional qualities essential to our body.

The “Fabbrica del grano” is born knowing that well-being is the synergistic encounter of several components with respect and care for the human being and for the whole ecosystem at the same time.
In addition to the benefits for our health and delights for our taste buds, this grain also allows us to keep the environment healthy, leaving the soil and groundwater clean.
